It all starts with trout.

Wilhelimina Trout Farm is a family business that was built and established within the local Murrindindi area in 1987 by the Cox Family.
Wilhelmina was established on the core values of service, quality and price to all customers throughout Australia.
Since experiencing the devastation of the “Black Saturday Bushfires” in February 2009, Paul Cox and his son Simon have rebuilt the trout farm with a local focus and aim to provide trout products for all to savour.
To help rebuild the farm, Simon ran ‘Dining Out’ magazine, a leading tourist restaurant guide in Brisbane, the Sunshine Coast and Noosa, whilst still working on the farm.
Through several years of operating Dining Out, Simon recognised the importance of a first class linen service to restaurants and tourist accommodation venues.

Simon is following in his fathers foot steps with both Paul and Simon been recognised for their entrepreneurial outlook on business and life.
Paul was awarded Victorian Farm Entrepreneur of the Year Award in 1993 for Wilhelmina Trout Farm.
Simon has been awarded the 2015 Victorian Getting Down to Business – Young Entrepreneur of the Year Award for recognising the need for a local Linen service in the Yarra Valley and establishing the business.
Paul and Simon take their business acumen seriously with trips throughout Australia to view and work in laundries.
Paul recently has returned from Belgium and Italy where he viewed top quality restaurants, linen and laundering services.
With the goals to produce high quality linen for the Yarra Valley this trip allowed us to source appropriate linen and equipment.
